Thank you for shopping with Josie & The Threads. We are a small, women-owned boutique, and every order means so much to us. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Carriers:

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on location and service availability.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

Josie & The Threads is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

  • Weather, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions

If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping charges

Orders cannot be modified once placed.

 

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Shipping Promotions:

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These promotions apply only during the stated timeframe and cannot be applied retroactively.
